The system is basically unused (very low hours)
This listing is for the filling equipment only only that is still integrated into the isolator- see listing 1012064 for the entire system.

The operator takes a bottle from the infeed position in the left hand and removes the cap at the capping station
After cap removal the container is passed to the right hand by handshake and placed under the filling head
Then the two hand safety system will allow the filling process to start
The filled bottle is placed back under the capping station for cap replacement
Afterwards the completed container is pushed out of the isolator onto the collection tray
Output: depends on vial size, dosing volume, screw cap size, operator training and operator speed
Bottle size range: 125 ml and 500 ml
Powder dosing range: 1 to 125 g, depending on the screw (auger) size
The equipment was qualified for filling of a sterile biocompatible polymer and was not used for production.
No anti-biotics, cephalosporin, hormones or cytotoxins were used with this machine.
