DESCRIPTION:
This heat wrapping machine has been designed for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic market. It is suitable for treating many types of products, single or grouped, with thermosealing film.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine is driven by brushless motors and controlled by a PC, including temperature management of welders. The format change is quick, thanks to the use of side benders that allow to minimize the parts to be replaced, making the transition from one product format to another fast. The machine offers a wide range of customizations and possible configurations according to individual needs. The balcony structure allows maximum accessibility and ergonomics with a minimal footprint: the power supply units are located in ergonomic positions and the operator interface, for the management of the individual functions of the machine, is touch-screen type. Construction in full compliance with GMP standards. The heat-shrink tunnels are designed to solve the shrinkage problems of products of various sizes and can be used with all heat-shrink films available on the market.
