Equipment Description

Intermittent vertical cartoner has a main geared motor, Bonfiglioli brand, which performs the following movements.

The closing movements of the cartridge tabs are pneumatic, as is the movement of the soap feeder to the infeed conveyor.

The vacuum of the suction cups in the cartridge frame arm is generated by a pneumatic valve by Venturi principle.

The pneumatic elements are basically from the Alfamatec brand, of good quality and fast supply.

The electrical panel is composed of PLC, 7" HMI and Omron frequency inverters.

The other components WEG, Wenglor, Siemens, etc...

The tracked geared motors, Bonfiglioli brand.

The treadmills will be manufactured with material from Cobra or Belt.
