ProteinSimple iCE3 Capillary Isoelectric Focusing (cIEF) Analyzer with 720NV Autosampler

ProteinSimple iCE3 capillary isoelectric focusing (cIEF) analyzer with a 720NV autosampler. The iCE3 performs whole-column imaged capillary isoelectric focusing, separating proteins by isoelectric point in a fluorocarbon-coated capillary cartridge and imaging the entire focused column with a UV (280 nm) absorbance detector, so charge heterogeneity, pI and peak distribution are measured without mobilization. It is used in biopharmaceutical R&D and QC for monoclonal antibody charge variant profiling, protein purity and identity work. The nameplate (photo 6) identifies the analyzer as model iCE3, P/N 045-001, S/N JW 0698, dated 2014-12, built in Canada, rated 110-120/220-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 210 W, CSA and CE marked. The matched autosampler is a model 720NV, Rev E, S/N 10274, rated 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 80 W (label, photos 3 and 5), with a front keypad and display, an RS-232 port and accessory/remote inject valve terminal strips on the rear panel. Photo 2 shows the open autosampler deck with the sample tray, injection needle assembly and transfer tubing in place; photo 4 shows the iCE3 cartridge compartment with the capillary cartridge holder and fluidic connections installed. The system is a two-piece benchtop setup: the iCE3 analyzer tower and the separate 720NV autosampler. The unit was photographed as-found on a bench in an R&D laboratory, with shipping/transport tape applied to doors and moving parts and asset tags attached. No power-on test, run history or service record was provided, and a control computer and software were not shown in the photos.
