Psycho Brew 7 BBL Capacity Stainless Steel Jacketed Fermenter

Psycho Brew stainless steel jacketed tank suitable for use as a brite tank or fermenter in a craft brewing or beverage operation. The vessel is of cylindrical design with a dished top head, sloped/conical bottom and four stainless steel legs, and carries a "Psycho Brew - Made in Michigan" nameplate on the upper shell.

The lower shell is fitted with a dimpled cooling jacket for glycol temperature control, allowing the tank to be held at fermentation or cold-crash temperatures when connected to a plant glycol system. The top head has a clamp-secured oval manway with handle, plus sanitary tri-clamp ports for a pressure relief/blow-off arrangement and accessory connections. A pressure gauge, a racking/transfer arm with butterfly valve, a sample valve and a bottom outlet with butterfly valve are fitted, along with a temperature gauge and thermowell on the cone.

Approximate overall dimensions are 48 in diameter by 84 in high, with an estimated shipping weight of 800 lbs. The tank is free-standing on its legs in the brewery and is connected only by glycol hoses and sanitary hose connections.
