SPECIFICATIONS:
Ronchi's complete line can handle different sizes according to customer's request from a minimum of 100 to a maximum of 1000 ml. It is essentially composed of 2 machines and 2 production processes: reordering/orienting, and filling with capping. The line consists of 2 main machines: the ROTOMATIC (unscrambler/orienter) and the EXACTA/R 24/12 (filling/capping). By means of the elevator, the bottles are fed in bulk into the hopper; from here they are pushed to the selectors. Inside the hopper, special mechanical devices ensure that the bottles are properly housed within the selectors that support them to the drop point where they are fed onto the exit star. The orienting unit performs the function of uniformly orienting the bottles according to the user's wishes. Containers arriving from the rearranger are spaced and introduced into the orienter by means of the inlet star, which provides consecutive positioning under the gripping heads of the orienting carousel. Correctly oriented bottles are returned to the exit star to be sent for filling. Containers arriving on the conveyor belt are spaced and introduced into the monoblock by means of an auger, from this they pass to the inlet star which provides for their positioning on the lifting plates. During rotation, the plates rise and fall cyclically, allowing centering and introduction of the dispensing nozzle into the bottle. When the filling operation is complete, the bottle is transferred to the filling machine at the capper by means of the center star. The loading star ensures that the caps are perfectly positioned under the capping heads, from where they are picked up and applied to the bottle of the capping heads. When the capping phase is finished, the bottle is removed from the monoblock and repositioned on conveyor belt of the same outlet.
