DESCRIPTION:
This rotary tablet press machine is constructed of welded steel, all parts that are in contact with the product are in stainless steel. Supplied with 18 single punch stations.
SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.
MAIN FEATURES:
Suitable for high pressure tablet-making both by pre-compressing powders and/or compressing material directly. Allows the mounting of multiple moulds, of any kind and shape of mould and punch. Requires very low maintenance, and lubrication is carried out by an electric centrifugal pump. Easy to clean, the feeding hopper can be removed by simply releasing a bolt. Equipped with 18 round shape punches diameter 11 mm, barrel 28 mm, die 40 x 25 mm.
