Equipment Description
DESCRIPTION:
Sartoflow® Beta plus is a modular cross-flow system for micro and ultrafiltration applications for process development, clinical studies and for running production batches up to 2000 L. The system can also be used in cGMP facilities. Several options are available to ensure that the system exactly meets the needs of each user. Two cross-flow filter holders are optionally available for a maximum of 7 or 14 m² of membrane filter surface.

MAIN FEATURES:
The SARTOFLOW® Beta plus system is a modular system for semi-automatic micro and ultrafiltration. The system can be used for process development, clinical trials and industrial manufacturing under GMP compliant conditions. A set of standardized solutions allows you to design a system that meets any specific need. The DCU4 control unit is compatible with Sartorius Stedim Biotech SCADA MFCS / win data acquisition and monitoring software. Thanks to the high degree of protection of the pump and the control module, the system can be used in cold rooms and in harsh environments. The control unit and touch screen are splash proof. For the system to function fully, only power, water for cooling and, if a sterilization function is present in the line, steam is required.
