Designed for opening, filling, and sealing pre-made SchurStar box bags

Funneling system compatible with single drop scale

Low drop height for gentle product handling

Production output rate: up to 80 bags per minute depending on size

Highly flexible machine capable of running a wide range of bag sizes:

Minimum bag dimensions: 4 width x 2 depth x 6 height (inches)

Maximum bag dimensions: 7 width x 6.3 depth x 15.7 height (inches)

Safety upgrades to achieve Cat 3 PLD safety rating

Intermittent operating mode

Allen Bradley controls with PanelView Plus HMI

Length of filling section: 118 inches

Stepless adjustable bag opening between 2.3 to 4.7 inches

Chain system to open, feed, and close the bags

Height adjustable flat belt conveyor for outfeed of finished bags

Out of bag alert photocell

Bags can be manually filled with foot pedal for start/stop

Mounted colored light system

Set up with double folded and glued top closure:
