SCIEX QTRAP 6500 Mass Spectrometer with ExionLC AC HPLC System

Sciex QTRAP 6500 LC-MS/MS system configured with a Sciex ExionLC AC HPLC front end. The mass spectrometer is a benchtop triple quadrupole / linear ion trap instrument capable of both conventional triple-quad scans (MRM, precursor and neutral loss) and linear ion trap scans, used for quantitative and qualitative small molecule and biomolecule analysis. The rear nameplate reads ASSY. N: 5035182, REF API 6500 QTRAP, SN BL211021606, and carries CE, CSA and C-Tick marks. The instrument is fitted with a Turbo V type ion source with the heated probe installed and a roughing-pump exhaust line running from the bench. The liquid chromatography front end is a Sciex ExionLC AC system built in three module stacks on the same bench: two ExionLC AC Autosamplers, five ExionLC AC Pumps, two ExionLC Degassers (serial numbers ABDG557 72530 and ABDG557 72531) and an ExionLC AC Column Oven, interconnected with solvent lines and mobile phase bottles. Also photographed are a Shimadzu CBM-20A lite system controller (P/N 228-45011-58, S/N L20225751638) and a Shimadzu LC-20AD/T LPGE kit (CAT. NO. 228-45040-58, S/N L20265764733), which are the OEM control and low-pressure gradient components of the ExionLC AC stack. A Dell computer, monitor and keyboard sit alongside the system in the photos; software licensing and data system content are not verified. A SCIEX service label affixed to the source end of the mass spectrometer records the model QTRAP 6500 and a preventive maintenance entry signed by a SCIEX technician. The system is shown as installed on a laboratory bench in a biopharmaceutical facility, plugged in and plumbed, and is offered as it stands. No functional testing results, operating hours or service history beyond the visible service label are available, and condition should be confirmed by inspection.
