MAIN FEATURES:
Through the steel hopper the plastic caps are fed into the machine towards the rotary heads that applies them to the jars. Robust and well-sized machinery with modern design. Easy to use and clean, allowing reproducible and low-maintenance adjustments. Ease of use and small size make it a versatile machine. Adjustable feet for greater versatility in production lines. Safety protection in polycarbonate to ensure greater safety in the working environment. Machine speed, capping speed and vibrations are adjustable by practical knobs on the front of the machine. The machine can be interfaced with additional machines used for the feeding or unloading of bottles within the production lines. The format currently installed is for 100 mm diameter jars with 58 mm diameter screw caps.
