Equipment Description

Seitz Enzinger Noll 40253 Beer Filling Line

Beer Bottle Filler/Sealer (see attached file 1).

Operational mode: Automatic.
Central automatic lubrication.
C.I.P cups for filler & sealer.
Change parts for 630, 500 & 330 ml bottles sizes.
Automatic height adjustment for different bottles sizes.
All wetted parts in stainless steel execution.
Siemens S5 main computer.
B&R milling computer (upgraded in 2010).
Filler with three (3) chambers: 1. Product 2. Counterpressure 3. Return gas.
Filler includes product pressure controller, counterpressure controller and return gas pressure controller.

CIP Unit (see attached file 2).

Operational mode: Semi-automatic.
Three (3) C.I.P tanks 1500 liters each: 1. Caustic soda 2. Hot water 3. Disinfectant.
Stainless steel shell and tube steam heat exchanger.
CIP pump was replaced 2018 by a new one.

Automatic Crown Corn Feeder (see attached file 3).

Automatic crown feeder system.
Stainless steel container for 130.000 crowns.
Stainless steel conveyors.

Llenadora con tres (3) cámaras: 1. Producto 2. Contrapresión 3. Gas de retorno.
La llenadora incluye un controlador de presión de producto, un controlador de contrapresión y un controlador de presión de gas de retorno.

Unidad CIP (ver archivo adjunto 2).

Modo de funcionamiento: Semiautomático.
Tres (3) tanques C.I.P de 1500 litros cada uno: 1. Sosa cáustica 2. Agua caliente 3. Desinfectante.
Intercambiador de calor de vapor de carcasa y tubos de acero inoxidable.
La bomba CIP se reemplazó en 2018 por una nueva.

Alimentador Automático de Maíz Corona (ver archivo adjunto 3).

Sistema automático de alimentación de coronas.
Recipiente de acero inoxidable para 130.000 coronas.
