Equipment Description

The main function of the Capsule Filling
machine is to fill continuously powder or pellets in hard gelatine capsules.

The
Capsule Filling Machine “SE JONG” mod. SF-135 N, consists of:

Vacuum Pump

The Vacuum pump is
used to create the vacuum effect which is separating the capsules into cap
& body capsules. The analogue pressure gauge is attached to the vacuum
pump. The vacuum pressure is adjusted through the regulator. The vacuum pump is
composed of the air filter and the pressure gauge and the vacuum generating
part.

Cam Components

Cams are as follows: Discharge Cam, Separation Cam,
Orientation Cam, Faulty Capsule Cam and Tamping Cam.

Index drive part

The rotation angle is
evenly divided into 12 along which the turn table rotates intermittently. Along
with the turn table, there are working areas such as, separation>, , ,
, and cleaning>

Powder Insert part

The rotation angle is evenly divided into 6
along which the turn table rotates
intermittently. This part consists of 6 stations. From 1^st station
to 5^th station, the powder would be tamped. At 6^th
station, the powder would be filled to the capsules.

Cntrol system

Control system have automatic
or manual mode of operation.

The function of control system is arranging main power ON/OFF switch, the
touch panel key, STAR/STOP switch, ALARM RESET switch, and EMERGENCY switch on
the main control panel simply for controlling all functions in a panel

The following utilities must
be available at the installation place of the Capsule Filling
machine:

§ Compressed air for the pneumatic system: pressure:
from 6 to 8 bar;

§ Compressed air for product contact: class 2.3.2 (ISO 8573) or HEPA filtered;
