Ideal for packaging these products for single-serve use for hotels, airlines, restaurants, and fast food outlets, and for products to be sold through dispensing machines. This machine is particularly suited for packing honey sachets.

The machine has a Seimens control unit for accurate sealing & cutting as per the sachet design. The sealing pattern is a 4-side seal. The machine has an electronic photo-cell print registration unit for accurate sealing as per the print area. This is a twin-track machine that has never been used. it will produce 40 to 100 packets per minute. The dies that I have will make a square packet, 150mmx 150mm (I will have to confirm this.) but you can get dies up to 200mm. The packet weight is adjustable from 5 to 20 ml. I bought this machine about 10 years ago and lost financing for the facility it was supposed to go in. It has been in storage since. It has never been turned on and all of the spare parts are in their original packaging. I also have the owner /operator's manual. I can get other specs on request.

Please be aware this equipment is located in Brazil.
Brazilian laws for imports and exports are very specific and different from all other countries in South America. It’s therefore important to understand Brazil’s export regulations/policies to move goods across borders.
EquipNet’s Brazilian sellers never export equipment by themselves, which means they do not conduct transactions/business with foreign companies, only with Brazilian legal entities.
International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).
The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
The international freight quote is also necessary for the transaction process. EquipNet is happy to provide support throughout this process. Please contact sales for more information.
