This high performance continuous cutter from Stephan is an all-round emulsifying machine that is used in the meat,
pet and baby food industry. In addition to emulsifying very fine product types, it is possible to produce fine products with coarser pieces in one process. This continuous cutter cuts large quantities of product into a homogeneous mass at high speed, whereby the ingredients are also effectively mixed. The cutting size can be set using the cutting sets. As a result,
both fine and coarse emulsions can be produced. This cutting machine is equipped with wheels for easy movement.
