Equipment Description
Rotary double side loading tablet press machine constructed of welded steel, all parts that are in contact with the product are in stainless steel. The machine is equipped with 35 compressing stations.

MAIN FEATURES:
Solid structure, easy use and easy cleaning make the tablet press suitable to meet the medium production capacities of companies in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical sectors. Machine compliant with international safety standards. The machine is suitable for high pressure tablet-making both by pre-compressing powders and/or compressing material directly. Allows the mounting of multiple moulds, of any kind and shape of mould and punch. Requires very low maintenance and it is easy to clean, the external structure is made of steel panels and transparent polycarbonate doors for easy accessibility for format change and mechanical interventions. The unit is equipped with a series of punches (19 mm barrel) and dies (30,3 mm diam., 22,3 mm height), for round-shaped tablets with a 14,5 mm diameter.
