Syntegon SVI 4000 AR Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine

The SVI 4000 is a vertical form-fill-seal machine with intermittent film transport, designed to produce pillow, gusseted, and block-bottom bags up to 400 mm in width using film reels up to 830 mm.

It features an open and ergonomic design for easy access and maintenance, a low drop height for higher speeds and gentle product handling, and is built with non-corroding, modular components that allow future upgrades and easy integration with other equipment.

The machine is suitable for operation between 10°C and 35°C, complies with relevant packaging equipment regulations and CE safety standards, and includes an IP54-rated control cabinet with conductors numbered per EN 60204.

The machine was purchased for filling powder detergent in 6 kg and 11 kg formats. However, the filler and its components will no longer be needed at the site.

The FAT tests have already been completed successfully, with transportation and SAT testing still pending.
