DESCRIPTION:
Turboemulsifier dissolutor designed to meet the specific needs of the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and allow to obtain products of excellent quality and reproducibility, reducing operating costs. The tank is designed to work in standard atmospheric conditions, under pressure.

SECTORS OF USE:
Turboemulsifier for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical production of emulsions, creams, ointments, lotions and gels.

MAIN FEATURES:
This type of mixer includes all the construction features required for excellent and fast processing and is suitable for mixing liquid products using heat, pressure and mechanical stirring energy to produce homogeneous products for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industries. All contact parts are made of stainless steel. Turboemulsifier with 200-litre heated jacketed tank, electrical cabinet with motor and control of heating and pressure, stirrer and turbine. Dissolution with external jacketed vessel, special design stirring, with continuous speed variation between slow and fast stirring. Container tilting.
