Teledyne Isco CombiFlash NextGen 300+ Flash Chromatography System

Teledyne Isco CombiFlash NextGen 300+ automated flash chromatography system, serial number 221B01599. The NextGen 300+ is a benchtop purification system for normal- and reverse-phase flash chromatography, used in organic synthesis, natural product isolation and R&D purification work. It runs at flow rates of 1 to 300 mL/min at operating pressures up to 300 psi (20 bar), forms binary gradients from up to four solvent inlets, and is controlled from an integrated 12 in. color touchscreen running PeakTrak with RFID recognition of RediSep columns and collection racks. The nameplate on the rear panel identifies the unit as a CombiFlash NextGen 300+, unit identification 625250001, rated 100-240 V, 2.0 A max, 50/60 Hz. A second nameplate on the same panel identifies an installed Internal Auto-Ranging ELSD, NextGen (serial 221A02732, unit identification 605234812, 120/240 V, 5.0/2.5 A, 50/60 Hz), and the rear panel carries a checked 605257001 ELSD configuration label, so the system is configured with the integrated evaporative light scattering detector in addition to UV detection. The unit is a self-contained benchtop instrument with an internal fraction collector, a column mounting stand with solid-load injection hardware on the left side, a P-trap drain and pump drain at the rear, USB, Ethernet and VGA connections, and a front power switch.
