The checkweigher for continuous weight control is made up of two structures on which are located the weight detection system on which the weighing conveyor weighs and the deviation system for incorrect packages. There is a feed conveyor which has the task of equally spacing the incoming packages and an output conveyor located downstream of the weighing conveyor on which the ejection device is located which has the task of diverting the out-of-tolerance and non-weighable packages from the line.
SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.
The checkweigher is part of a transporting line that controls objects of any type and shape. Going through the weighing surface takes a certain time. Although very short, this time is enough for the scales to take on a position that is proportioned to the weight of the product. After reading the weight, the packages pass on the outfeed conveyor on which the diversion system is located. The machine is not dependent on the downstream machine. The speed of the conveyor belts is adjustable.

Please be aware this equipment is located in Brazil.
Brazilian laws for imports and exports are very specific and different from all other countries in South America. It’s therefore important to understand Brazil’s export regulations/policies to move goods across borders.
EquipNet’s Brazilian sellers never export equipment by themselves, which means they do not conduct transactions/business with foreign companies, only with Brazilian legal entities.
International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).
The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
The international freight quote is also necessary for the transaction process. EquipNet is happy to provide support throughout this process. Please contact sales for more information.
