DESCRIPTION:
This is a linear automatic filling and closing machine for plastic tubes. The construction principles, materials used and innovative concepts guarantee maximum productivity, user friendliness and quality, making this machine an ideal solution for the pharmaceutical and the cosmetic market.
Automatic Horizontal Cartoner Promatic mod. AS 300 totally automatic machine, glazed stainless steel base. Simple and quick format change by adjustments; all format adjustment devices are equipped with metric scales.

MAIN FEATURES:
The tube filling machine is furnished with sealing device by hot air. Easy to use with fast size changeover without tools. Quick interchangeability of closing groups. Tube orientation and guarding with interlocks. Stainless steel construction, integrated tube feeder, tube orientation, setup for single filling station, stainless steel product hopper, electrical panel with controls. Two filling heads. An additional feeder format is available for 100 ml tubes.
The cartoner machine takes the carton from the magazine by means of suction cups, delivering the carton into erected position at the same time. The product placed on the product chains is transported to the insertion station, which inserts the product into carton with the leaflet. The carton transport continues upper completing embossing, closing of the various flaps and the carton is discharged. The machine is complete with GUK leaflet feeder, consisting of a unit able to carry out the folding of the instructions leaflet before the introduction into the cartons. Last product processed: 25 x 180 mm tubes. Tube loader available.
