Equipment Description

SMT/Airgas DL-DI235 (part number Y121750S4GADPT-AL) two-stage gas pressure regulator for high purity gas service. The unit reduces supply gas pressure in two stages to provide a stable, low-drift delivery pressure to analytical instruments, gas panels and laboratory points of use, and is fitted with a stainless steel bar stock body assembly with a 316 SS tube and connection wetted path as marked on the gauge face. The regulator carries two panel gauges: a large 0-400 psi gauge marked "316 SS TUBE AND CONNECTION / USE NO OIL" and a smaller WIKA liquid-style gauge reading in bar and psi for the second-stage delivery pressure. Adjustment is by the white Airgas increase/decrease knob on the black diaphragm cap, and the assembly includes an outlet/relief fitting with a red handle as seen in the photos. The regulator was photographed in its original foam-lined carton together with the SMT NT 0224 instruction manual (DL-DI235 Pressure Regulator, Revision 6) and a protective poly bag, indicating it has not been placed in service. No serial number was recorded and no year, hours or service history is available; condition beyond what the photos show has not been verified.
