The Agilent BioTek Cytation 5 CYT5MFW is a configurable, high-performance cell imaging multi-mode microplate reader that combines automated digital widefield microscopy with conventional microplate detection

Detection Modes: Combines filter- and monochromator-based fluorescence intensity, luminescence, and UV-Vis absorbance detection.

Microplate Compatibility: Supports standard 6- to 384-well plates (and up to 1536-well for select configurations) as well as Take3 microvolume plates.

Imaging Module: Offers up to 60x magnification with automated turret options, supporting fluorescence (e.g., DAPI, GFP, RFP), brightfield, high-contrast brightfield, and phase contrast.

Environmental Control: Includes 4-zone incubation up to 65 °C with precise temperature uniformity and optional CO2/O2 regulation for live-cell assays.
