High-shear industrial mixer for continuous processes
The DISPAX-REACTOR® is a new high-speed mixing, dispersion and homogenization unit, designed for continuous processes in the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. It is particularly suitable for demanding applications requiring high shear, precise process control and compatibility with corrosive products.

Key technical features: Rotor speed: 10,800 rpm (50 Hz).

Peripheral speed: 40 m/s.

Maximum flow rate: approx. 2,500 l/h (water at 20 °C).

FPM elastomers (FDA).

Design suitable for corrosive products and hygienic processes.

Professional sealing system.

Double-acting mechanical seal.

Pressurized barrier fluid system.

Continuous cooling and lubrication of the seal.

Enhanced safety, reduced maintenance and long service life.

Operating temperature and pressure:

Product temperature: Up to 120 °C (FPM / EPDM seals).

Up to 160 °C (FFPM / FEP seals).

Minimum temperature: down to -20 °C.

Operating pressure: -1 to +16 bar.
