Equipment installed in Mobile Milk Factory:
All newly manufactured, tested, certified;
-Triple jacketed insulated tank with electric heaters - 132 gal (500 Liters to warm up the milk for proper cream separation)
-Milk pumps - 132 gal/hr (500 Liters)
-Electric cream separator - 132 gal/hr (500 Liters)
-Buffer tank - 13 gal (50 Liters)
-Milk chiller - 132 gal/hr (500 Liters)
-Direct expansion water chilling unit - 10 TR (tons of refrigeration)
-Insulated milk storage tank - 264 gal (1000 Liters)
-Semi auto HTST pasteurizer with electric heating system - 132 gal/hr (500 Liters)
-Insulated Milk storage tank (as buffer tank) 52 gal (200 Liters)
-Semi automatic Bottle filling and manual bottle capping machine
-Stainless Steel AISI304 interconnecting pipelines, gauges, valves.
-Electrical panel with motor starters and temperature indicators
Milk Pasteurizer is able to Pasteurize Milk at 80 C of lower along with holding period of 20 seconds
Temperature profile as on specification sheet
Milk feed temperature can be 4C OR 30C
Regeration efficiency of the Pastuerizer when Milk enters at 4C is 89.4%, and when Milk enters at 30C is 84%
Milk outlet temperature when chilled water is provided -4C
The complete skid mounted system include the following components:
1-Balance tank – 150 L single walled tank SS tank with float.
2- SS pump - 500 liters per hour - to feed milk into the pasteurizer
from the balance tank
3- Micro valve - to control the flow of the milk into the pasteurizer
4- HTST pasteurizer plate pack - as per dimension sheet
5- Automatic milk flow diversion valve for recirculation of under heated
milk (pneumatic flow diversion valve)
6-20 seconds holding tube fabricated from dairy pipe
7- CIP connection and additional 3-way valve
8- Hot water generation system consisting of the following -
a-Hot water insulated tank with heaters and overflow connection
b-Make up water line with ball valve and NRV
c-Standard water pump to circulate water from tank to pasteurizer
9- Provision for online homogenizer
10-SS electrical panel consisting of the following -
a- 2 motor starters for the pumps with on/off push buttons
b- Temperature controller and recorder for auto flow diversion for under heated milk and audio
alarm
c- Necessary MCBs, relays, contractors, wiring etc..
d- Temperature indicator for necessary points in the pasteurizer for milk and hot water
e- Provision for solenoid valve and air flow regulator for pneumatic 3-way valve
11- PT100s and wiring for necessary temperature collection points
12- Necessary electrical and air pipeline to connect panel with pumps and valves.
13- SS skid made from rectangular pipes to mount all the above equipment.
14- Soft water requirement - approx. 500 L to fill the tank for hot water generation tank and
pipeline
15- Air requirement - 5 cfm @6 bars (air compressor inside bottle filler also supplies the
pasteurizer)
16- Chilled water requirement - 1.5c water @3500 liters per hour flow rate
17- Electrical requirement - approx. 12-15 kWh, 3 phase, 480 volts, 60 hertz
