Equipment Description

SMT/Airgas DL-DI235 (part number Y121750S4GADPT-AL) two-stage gas cylinder pressure regulator for high purity gas service. The regulator reduces cylinder supply pressure in two stages to deliver a stable, low-drift outlet pressure to analytical instruments, gas panels and laboratory points of use. The body is a stainless steel bar stock assembly, with the large gauge face marked "316 SS TUBE AND CONNECTION / USE NO OIL" confirming the stainless wetted path. The unit carries two panel-mounted gauges: a large 0-400 psi inlet gauge and a smaller WIKA model 632.50.063 gauge reading in bar and psi (approximately 0-3 bar / 0-40 psi) for delivery pressure, with a CE and Ex II 2 GD c TX marked label visible on the gauge case. Delivery pressure is set with the white Airgas increase/decrease handwheel on the black bonnet, and the regulator body includes an outlet port and a red-handled shutoff valve. As photographed, the regulator is still sealed in its factory poly bag and seated in the original foam-lined carton together with the SMT NT 0224 DL-DI235 instruction manual, and appears unused. Overall size is approximately 8 x 6 x 6 inches at about 6 lbs shipping weight, so it hand carries and ships boxed as received.
