Equipment Description
DESCRIPTION:
Granulator mixer mounted on a mobile stainless steel frame. The machine is particularly suitable for sieving granulates obtained eliminating lumps, making the granulate uniform to the desired size and, above all, avoiding crushing the product creating dust. Wide range of applications, various types of dry, wet and heat sensitive powders.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.
MAIN FEATURES:
This blender consists of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially fabricated spiral agitator. These agitators are used for blends that will be between 40 and 100% of the rated capacity of the blender. The unit first mixes and then granulates substances. It is suitable for preparing mixtures of various substances of the same or different weights. Small sized equipment with easy and quick functioning. Oscillating granulator, designed for material reduction and preparation of granulated products. The appliance is ideal for medium-low quantity production in the pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetics industries. The machine is small in size and easy to move with a simple design. The approximate capacity depends on the product format and the sieve in use. The oscillating rotor of the granulator works by compressing and pushing the product granules through a sieve with holes of a predetermined size.
