Equipment Description

Walk-in refrigerated cold storage room made of white insulated panels, removed from a medical device production facility. The room's footprint as entered is about 1200 x 360 in (100 x 30 ft), with an overall height of about 336 in (28 ft). It has high-bay pallet racking, a central aisle and LED strip lighting. A sign at the entrance appears to read Refrigerator (Production) 2-8 C. Cooling comes from ceiling-hung Bohn unit-cooler evaporators. Each has a stainless steel housing, three fans and a condensate drain line. Refrigeration condensing units are not shown in the photos. The main entrance is a Rytec Turbo-Seal insulated high-speed roll-up door with a blue fabric curtain, a Ry-Wi wireless bottom-edge system, yellow steel bollard guarding and a Rytec System 4 door controller. When photographed, the controller display was lit and showed 140425 cycles. Next to the roll-up door is a hinged insulated personnel door with chrome hardware. The room is still installed. Wiring runs in conduit, and the panels and evaporators are built in, so it will need to be decommissioned and taken apart before removal. The racking and stored goods visible in the photos are not confirmed as part of the listing.
