Automatically forms bags from roll stock film and seals them vertically. Ideal for pillow, gusseted, and stand-up pouches.

Film Handling & Jaws

Servo-driven pull belts and sealing jaws for precise film placement, smooth motion, and accurate seal alignment.

Bag Size Flexibility

Bag widths up to ~8" (200?mm) and lengths up to ~12" (300?mm) (some variants support larger ranges, confirm with OEM). Great for snack, coffee, frozen or dry goods.

High Throughput

Capable of ~60–120 bags per minute, depending on model and bag size. The "800?JAWS" specifically runs about 60 cycles/min.

Stainless Steel Construction & Maintenance Ease

Hygienic 304-grade stainless steel frame with open access for cleaning and quick roll change-over. Tool-less jaw removal, film splice station, and side panels improve uptime.

User Interface & Control

Touchscreen HMI and Mitsubishi/servo-driven PLC for recipe management, film tracking, temperature control, and integration with weighers and fillers.

Optional Features

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
