DESCRIPTION:
The bottles break monitoring is a non-destructive leak detection system designed for the quality control of the production line. Emphasizing ease of operation, the Wilco model W6F / T sealing test method can detect weak sealing, coarse leakage, or small pinholes in finished packages within seconds.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
The breakage monitoring of the bottles is used for the containers leak testing closed containing at least one liquid component. The container is introduced into a test cavity. The pressure in the area around the container and then inside the test cavity is monitored. Monitoring is performed by a vacuum pressure sensor. The leak is detected by monitoring a pressure change in the area surrounding the container which is due to the evaporation of the liquid leaking from a leak.
