Workhorse Canning WHC41-V3 Can Filling Line with Depalletizer
Filling Stations Cans are indexed into a row of 8 cans. The first 4 cans are pre-purged with CO2 The Second 4 cans are filled with product. Each can is individually shut off as its filling level reaches the required filling level. The filled cans are then released to the Lid Placement station
Post Fill CO2 Tunnel Filled cans pass through a CO2 tunnel prior to lid placement for under lid gassing Lid Separator & Placement Bulk lids are loaded into a lid separator located immediately before the seamer. Just prior to being indexed into the seamer, a lid automatically drops onto the can Under lid gassing is achieved via the CO2 tunnel immediately prior.
Mechanical Seaming Station Filled cans with lids are positioned in place under a centre seaming chuck by the Can Transfer System. A lower lift mechanism lifts the can so that the can/lid are held in place against the centre seaming chuck at a set pressure (as determined by Can manufacturer’s seaming specifications) The lower lift mechanism rotates when driven by the centre seaming chuck. The system utilizes dual seam outer rollers to perform the initial roll forming process and then a secondary sealing process. The outer rolls are mechanically driven into the centre chuck via a dual cam system which allows for exact control of the feedrate, pressures, and contact time. Seam tolerances are easily adjust via a series of set screws which allow for seam adjustment to within +/- 0.001”. Once the seaming rolls are set up and locked into place, the seaming cycle is then exactly repeated each seaming cycle. After the seaming process has completed, the can lowers and a new can is indexed into place for the next seaming cycle.
Can Outfeed Once the cans have been filled and seamed, an outfeed conveyor transfers the cans to an outfeed collection table for manual packing.

Please be aware this equipment is located in Brazil.
Brazilian laws for imports and exports are very specific and different from all other countries in South America. It’s therefore important to understand Brazil’s export regulations/policies to move goods across borders.
EquipNet’s Brazilian sellers never export equipment by themselves, which means they do not conduct transactions/business with foreign companies, only with Brazilian legal entities.
International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).
The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
The international freight quote is also necessary for the transaction process. EquipNet is happy to provide support throughout this process. Please contact sales for more information.
