473 ml and 355 ml Twist Rinsers

The Semi-automatic depalletizer is the ideal solution for small breweries with Semi-automatic filling lines. By integrating this depalletizer into your production process, you can efficiently transfer a full layer of cans onto the whale-tail-designed loader.

Once the full layer is loaded, the operator raises the Semi-automatic depalletizer, allowing the cans to seamlessly enter the twist rinser. The twist rinser then transports the cans onto the conveyor, which continues further down the filling line.

The Semi-automatic depalletizer can accommodate a single layer of up to 400 cans, with an infeed speed of 50 cans per minute.

Thanks to its simple design and the use of durable materials, this machine requires minimal maintenance, making it a reliable and cost-effective choice for small-scale breweries.
