The Alfa Laval Clip 10 RH 20.5BA 300 is a sanitary, High-Temperature Short-Time gasketed plate heat exchanger commonly configured for liquid food pasteurization.
This was originally designed as 3 section equipment with 416 plates in total.
The Glycol/Grape section has 88 plates.
Later, additional chilling plates 96 were designed for the unit in 1998 bringing the total plate count to 512.
Includes: the holding tubes, timing pumps and the steam injector.
