BIIC 200 LT Turboemulsifier Mixer

Turboemulsifier dissolutor designed to meet the specific needs of the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and allow to obtain products of excellent quality and reproducibility, reducing operating costs.

The tank is designed to work in standard atmospheric conditions, under pressure.

Turboemulsifier for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical production of emulsions, creams, ointments, lotions and gels.

This type of mixer contains all the construction features required for an excellent and fast processing and is suitable for mixing liquid products using heat, pressure and mechanical agitation energy to produce homogeneous products for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industry.

All contact parts are in stainless steel.

Turboemulsifier with jacketed 200 liter heated tank, electric cabinet with motor- heating- and pressure control.

Dissolution with vessel with external jacket, special design agitation, with stepless speed variation between slow and fast agitation.

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
