Bulk API Pallet Sampling Laminar Air Flow Room

Sampling system for taking various samples from bulk API raw material input on pallets. System is designed to enable continuous flow of pallets via the use of remote controlled chain conveyors (SWL 1200Kg) and Efaflex (YOM = 2024) roller doors. HEPA filtered vertical laminar air down flow filter plenum. Low level air extraction filter plenum designed to protect the product from contamination. Positive pressure maintained in sampling room to protect product from contamination. Pressurised changing room for technician. Interlock door entry/exit system. Pallet to be sampled sits on motorised turntable (SWL 2000Kg) in the sampling room to enable representative sampling without compromising the air flow over the exposed material. Oxygen depletion alarm and room pressure monitoring instrumentation/alarm audio visual. Filter differential pressure manometers.

After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
