The ZP1 machine is designed to place various types of products on a pallet, such as boxes, packages, and compacted bundles. All axis movements are controlled by CNC, ensuring precision in final placement. It is also suitable for handling glued and stacked cardboard boxes. The automatic system creates the pallet configuration format and automatically manages all palletizing functions. During the pallet change, a full pallet is pushed out while an empty pallet enters the stacking area, while the incoming products are accumulated on the feeding belt. At the end of the automatic pallet change, the accumulated products are released. The device also includes weight control and the rejection of non-compliant products.

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
