Equipment Description
Rotary machine, mechanically synchronized with fillers, capper and labeler.
Machine handing left to right with respect to the operator side.
Number of stations : 9
Pitch = 200mm.
It receives stand-up random bottles on 1 lane, via 2 inlet scrolls.
No.2 sensors detect the bottle orientation and by means of pneumatical cylinders under each platform rotate them, when required.
An additional sensor controls the correct orientation before exit, and if necessary the wrong one is rejected via an air blow.
Being in syncro- block the orienter is nor equipped with own motor, but is driven mechanically via a central motor installed down-stream.
