The capper receives via a scroll bottle filled and oriented, from a trigger sorter and belt conveyor oriented trigger pumps.
The capper head, pickup the trigger, insert the trigger straw in the bottle and screw the trigger gear on the bottle.
A system control the trigger presence and position an in case don't meet the required specification is rejected down stream.
Being in syncro-block the trigger capper is not equipped with own motor, but is driven mechanically via a central motor installed down stream
