Equipment Description
Rotary machine mechanically syncronized with: orienter, filler1, filler2, and capper, the main motor is located under the labeler.
Machine handing left to right with respect to the operator side.
Number of station : 18
Pitch: 215 mm
Labeller equipped with 2 groups for wet glue application.
The platforms rotation is done via mechanical cam.
The upper bells are provided with pneumatic compensator to keep bottles in case of missing cap or trigger (40 mm).
At machine exit a rejection system "OLA" type, reject all the bottles that don't match quality specs. coming from machines behind ( under/ over filling, no caps, no labels).
Machine inlet and exit is done via scrolls.
