ACMA RU799HM Detergent Powder Filling and Packaging Line with OCME Orion Palletiser and Wrapper- Line 5
Line 5 Established in 2015. Forms cardboard boxes using hot melt glue and fills with detergent powder. 90 to 130 cartons per minute. Cartons are closed with hot melt glue and check weighed. Rejected cartons are ejected from line and the powder reworked. Markem laser printer for batch data within filler. Doboy bundler in sets of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 depending on SKU. Markem barcode label applied before bundles are sent to palletiser ULF 5. Palletiser raises empty pallet and loads bundles in layers with a cardboard tie sheet. Loaded pallets are wrapped in polymer stretch film by the Clevertech Orbital Wrapper. Finally, pallets are labeled on two side with a self adhesive label with barcode. See Pictures for carton sizes. Line produces regular size cartons often found in supermarkets.
Item 1/27 - ACMA Skillet Loading Conveyor System - Bundles of pre-manufactured product cartons in skillets are removed by hand and placed onto the filling machine in-conveyor. Cartons are removed from the skillets and formed by pick and place arm. The empty skillets are removed and sent back to the carton manufacturer for reuse. The pick and place arm in the filler removes cartons and when the skillet is empty it is removed and placed onto the return conveyor. Cartons are formed and then sealed using hot melt glue and loaded onto the filler carousel.
Item 2/27 - ACMA RU799HM Detergent Powder Filling Machine - 9 head rotary filling head with nibs. Powder is gravity fed from above floor via buggy bins (refer to listing number 953122). 3 off flask sets included. See pictures for SKUs and volumes. Built in Mettler Toledo check weigher and reject system. Markem C350 laser printer for batch data within filler.
