Equipment Description
GEA Niro Aeromatic Fielder Granulator and Fluid Bed Dryer System
Granulation, Drying and Milling system for bulk compression blends of API. System can process in lots of 200Kg, total batch size run was 600Kg.
System includes solution addition via a stainless steel tank direct to the granulator. Wet and Dry Milling. Following drying the dryer basket is attached to the lift and is inverted over a cone and then dry milled into an IBC.

Item 1/12 - GEA Niro Aeromatic Fielder Jacketed Granulator. 1000mm diameter lid. Main agitator operates at 0-160rpm. Side mounted mixing blade (chopper) operates at 0-3000rpm
Item 2/12 - Aeromatic AG Fluid Bed Dryer. PMA800, 800 Litre gross capacity, 600 Litre working capacity.
Item 3/12 - Fluid Bed Dryer Bed Basket Lift and Inverter. Mill feed cone is coupled to the base of the FBD and the assembly is inverted. Lift positions the assembly over the Comil.
Item 4/12 - Frette Comil Dry Mill
Item 5/12 - Vertical Stainless Steel Solution Preparation and Addition Tank
Item 6/12 - Goavec Engineering 1000 Litre Stainless Steel Vertical CIP Tank. Fully welded insulation. S/N = 01AL004, YOM = 2001.
Item 7/12 - Calorifier and Distribution Skid. Stainless Steel Skid with Fristam FPE 752A Stainless Steel contact Parts centrifugal pump for CIP solution distribution, S/N = 0482440120. CIAT Stainless Steel shell and tube steam heat exchanger. Busch vacuum pump.
Item 8/12 - Stainless Steel Vertical CIP Solution Prep Tank and Pump, 80 Litre gross capacity.
Item 9/12 - Fristam FPE 742A Stainless Steel Contact Parts Centrifugal Pump
