DESCRIPTION:
GS designs and manufactures, entirely in Italy, automatic coating systems. Coaters are ideal for film and sugar coating of tablets, pellets, granules and other formed products.
SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dietary, medical devices.
MAIN FEATURES:
The system uses non-perforated pan on a horizontal axis whose mixing capacities are ideal for food and confectionery products. Efficient ventilation system thanks to the use of solid drum and airless spraying system. Customized air handling systems for products particularly sensitive to moisture and heat. Faster process times than conventional coating pans.
The system is composed of the following parts: Coating pan complete with drying system, Filming liquid dosing pump, 3 product collection baskets, AHU inlet air treatment and filter unit, Electrical panel, Dust extraction and suppression unit.
