Multi-Listing Includes:
- Unused IMA LIFE Mistral Y16 Bottle Blowing Machine
- The Mistral Y16 machine is designed for air cleaning glass or plastic cylindrical vials in general which do not have to be washed with water and detergents, but merely with a jet of sterile air to remove solid, granular or dusty impurities. It has also been designed and built in compliance with the Good Manufacturing G.M.P. Standards.
- The machine consists of a stainless steel frame containing the main drive, the gearboxes and the air and vacuum circuits. Mounted on the main frame are the vial conveyors & the rotating main turret of the machine. Vials are taken by a scroll from the infeed conveyor and guided into a starwheel that takes them onto the main turret. The starwheel & the main turret rotate continuously. The gripes assembled on the main turret take the vials from the starwheel. The gripes are designed to avoid any damage to the vials.
- The bottles are positioned on the loading table ,after removing the packaging and pushed onto the rotating table by the operator. They are automatically sorted along the loading channel to the carousel where they rotates with a blowing jets of compressed air inside. The jets distribute air for approximately 150° of the carousel rotation and is kept under vacuum by an exhauster which sucks up all the particles released by the bottles. At the end of the rotation, the bottles are in the up-right position again and are discharged by the carousel on the rotating table where they are sorted for outlet.

- IMA LIFE FlexiFill F940 Bottle Linear Filling Line plus IMA LIFE F872/8T-8V Stoppering and Capsuling Machine plus IMA LIFE F51 Vibratory Dropper Feeder plus IMA LIFE F51 Vibratory Cap Feeder.
- The FlexFill F940 is a linear machine with continuous movement consisting of several operating stations connected to each other and set out in succession along the vial feed path. The operating stations are divided into groups, each of which is a module of the FlexiFill F940.
Filling Module (F940): For the filling of glass or plastic containers with liquid product.
8-Head rotary stoppering and capsuling module (F572/8T-8V): For droppers/reducers/stoppers and screw cap automatic feeding and application.
10-Head rotary stoppering and capsuling module: For droppers/reducers/stoppers and screw cap automatic feeding and application.
Visual inspection system to assure the correct colocation of materials. - General functional description of the machine:
Vial feeding from the machine connected upstream.
Automatic vial transfer.
Automatic vial filling.
Product supply.
Droppers/reducers/rubber stoppers/dropper feeding and placing station.
Collecting the vials at outfeed to distribute them to the downstream machine.

- The GST2K-IGBT automatic induction sealer is specially designed for CAP SEALING applications. It uses a completely solid-state construction technique with IGBT power modules. The use of this new technique allows to obtain a high yield, reduces maintenance and eliminates the high cost of spare parts for vacuum tubes used on traditional generators. The output power is continuously adjustable up to the max, the generator automatically adapts to the different load conditions and is equipped with all the safety devices that make it reliable and easy to use. Induction sealing guarantees product protection: food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical products.
