FEATURES:
This machine, positioned at the discharge outlet of a tablet press, ensures gentle dust removal from tablets of any shape. Furthermore, thanks to the integrated metal detector, it also checks for the presence of unsuitable particles. The upward-flow dust remover is a vibrating system that effectively removes dust particles from the surface of the tablets as they travel upward, leaving them clean for subsequent inspections and packaging. Optimal visibility of the tablets’ movement is ensured by an acrylic housing that allows for visual monitoring of the process at all times. The compact design minimizes the footprint, facilitates tool-free assembly and disassembly, and allows for easy cleaning. Built to GMP specifications, the dust remover is easily adjustable to accommodate various tablet output configurations. The contact parts and top cover are made of stainless steel, and the dust agitation system effectively removes dust particles from the tablets. Comes complete with a CEIA metal detector.
