Equipment Description
Marchesini Group MB 421 Blister Form Fill Seal and MA 120 Horizontal Cartoner Packaging Line
Complete Blister Forming (Aluminium or PVC), Filling (tablets), Sealing (Aluminium), Cartoning, Labelling and Manual Case Packing Line.
Currently set up to form PVC blister with Aluminium seal. Producing blister for 10 tablets. 130mm foil. Blister size is approximately 60x120mm
Currently line speed is 150 Blisters per minute.
Carton tabs are closed using hot melt glue.
Line has serialisation.
Tablets are gravity fed into blister machine from IBC (IBC's are not included, the lifter is).
