NEW PCM pump placer capper retorquer model RS-PP130, machine is capable of running up to 25bpm (depending on format). Min / Max bottle diameter 1.5” to 3.5”. Min / Max bottle height 4” to 9.5”. Bottle presence detector, pump track with double belt conveyor and adjustable for various size (note: PCM can quote an automatic pump sorter/feeder), pick and place system to pick pump and deposit on bottle with torquing, Merobel magnetic torque clutch, 8ft long Flexlink aluminum conveyor model X85 with adjustable guide rails, polycarbonate guards with security interlocks, stainless steel electrical cabinet with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI. 240V AC, 2ph, 60hz, 80PSI, 20CFM. Technical documentation including technical manual, electrical schematics and HMI operator manual.

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
