Aseptic Technologies Automated Filling Line Crystal L1 with ProSys Coras Isolator

Crystal™ L1 Robot platform enables the scaling-up strategies of biopharmaceutical companies globally. Combined with active Restricted-Access Barrier System (RABS), providing the enclosed controlled environment for aseptic filling process.

Format: 50 ml vials.

Speed for 50 ml vials: 90-110 vials/hr
All dimensions below are with current footprint which includes standalone HVAC and Decomtamination/Sanitization System (VHP):

Unit is 2.7 meters high. This translates to roughly 8 feet 10 inches.

Unit is L3.4 meters. This translates to roughly 11 feet.

Unit is W3.4 meters. This translates to roughly 11 feet. A component of this dimension is a vendor specified width required for routine maintenance which adds 0.7 meters to this value, this is included.

The filling device is a vendor specific Single-Use configuration which will only work with vendor specific components: vials, caps etc. The Single Use systems come pre-sterilized (gamma-irradiation). The client would have to establish a supply chain to accommodate. The vendor that makes the filling device is the vendor for the Single-Use system.

Unit will need stand alone HVAC and cannot implement into current facility HVAC: Yes. Unit has integrated HVAC. Unit requires 4050 m3/hr (roughly 2383 cfm) make up-air from the room that it will be installed in.

Unit will need to be operated in a Grade C background / perform as a Grade A: The system is intended to function as such.

Unit will need 100% IPC: Is for IPC being “Integrated Process Control”. The system is designed to operate as standalone unit. There are two vendors that have control systems on the unit. The operation of the HVAC/Decontamination unit is one vendor. The operation of the filling unit is a different vendor. They are designed to work together. A technical and contractual relationship would be required with both vendors.

10ml vial DS CZ Tray Ass: No. System is designed to work with specific vials. Not these.

20mm Serum Stopper D21-75: No. System is designed to work with specific vials with an integrated closure membrance. Not stoppers.

20mm Aluminum Cap Seals– No. System is designed to work with specific vials which require different caps. Not these.

Vial frozen at -180C.

Closing IPC: 100%.
