DESCRIPTION:
Liquid filling machine, for bottles, consisting of a monoblock with intermittent mechanical movements and automatic operation. The unit is suitable for the treatment of any type of pharmaceutical or cosmetic product and for a wide range of container types and closures. Highly versatile and modular in construction, this machine is well known and appreciated for its robustness and reliability. Thanks to the ability to treat different types of products using specially designed closure groups and to work with any type of closure, the F97 filling/capping machines are highly versatile machines.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine, with the exception of the base, is entirely made of stainless steel. The bottles fed by a conveyor belt enter the cavities of the main work wheel. The filling phase is carried out with syringes and valves that retain the product until it is pumped into the bottles via nozzles. The capping and closing operations are carried out with operating heads and the bottles are subsequently transported towards the exit by a conveyor belt. The machine can be extensively adapted to different market needs. It generally consists of three dominant phases such as filling, capping and closing, although its versatility can deal with very different typologies that allow for great customization. The machine is designed for the packaging of liquids through the following work cycle: bottle feeding, bottle filling, cap placement, bottle/waste exit, bottle crate packing. The unit is complete with a rotating table model RT100 and a vibrating cup. A 35 ml spare format is also available.
