GEA Collette ConsiGma 25 Courtoy Modul P Continuous Tablet Manufacturing Line – CTL

This listing is for a complete GEA Continuous Tablet Manufacturing Production Line consisting of the following four main production elements.
1. Granulation
2. Drying
3. Granule Conditioning
4. Compression

Line can produce two batch sizes, 75Kg or 300Kg (Final weight of tablet cores manufactured)

Process flow as follows.

  • IBC loading of raw materials into 2 off KTRON feeders.
  • Twin screw granulator
  • Granulation Liquid Vessel - Granulation Binder/Water added into Granulator
  • Feed to Segmented Fluid Bed Dryer
  • Dried Product transferred to Granule Conditioning Unit via Vacuum Hopper
  • From Vacuum Hopper to Comil
  • Comil to Weighing Hopper
  • Weighing Hopper to Blender where additional powders can be added, Magnesium Stearate
  • Compression
