DESCRIPTION:
The PLT 900 model machine is an automatic palletizer that palletizes bottle packs arriving from a pallet warehouse. Palletization can be performed up to a maximum of 11 levels.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine has been designed and built to operate automatically, leaving the operator with only the control tasks during the operating cycle and loading of the pallet stock inside the dedicated warehouse unit using a forklift. The pallet warehouse can contain up to 15 pallets of two different sizes (800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200). The transfer of the pallets from the warehouse to the palletizing unit occurs via a special catenary, while the exit from the unit once palletizing is complete occurs via a special exit roller conveyor. The machine is also equipped with an interlayer warehouse and a transport unit for the bottle packages at the machine entrance. The production process is therefore represented by 5 phases: loading of the pallets and interlayers into the respective warehouses, transfer of the pallets from the warehouse to the palletizing unit, arrival of the packages on the transport unit, palletization and pallet exit. The control panel is integrated into the electrical panel on board the machine, simple and intuitive, it is composed of a control PLC, cycle start button and machine stop button and a red safety button.
